Looking southwest at the center of the I-275 / I-4 interchange in Tampa. The large, gray steel giders will hold the bridge deck for the ramp from southbound I-275 to eastbound I-4. Towards the bottom of the photo, a new bridge is being built over Nebraska Avenue to carry westbound I-4 traffic to northbound I-275.
