Looking east at the reconstruction of Interstate 4 through Ybor City. To the left of the existing highway you can see the new westbound portion of the interstate taking shape. Approximately half way down, you can see where 19th Street has been closed both north and south of I-4. The interchange above that is 21st Street/22nd Street.
