Wall construction near Columbus Drive (May 2004)

Wall construction has begun near Columbus Drive and eastbound I-4. The panels are set into place as embankment is placed. Panels are temporarily braced until permanent reinforcing straps are installed. The verticle concrete posts are the pilings for the bridge support columns. These pilings will be cut off and the structure will be built above them.
