Looking east at construction in the 40th Street area. Eastbound I-4 is complete in this area; westbound traffic is on 2 of the new lanes from just east of the 40th Street bridge continuing westward. Near the top of the photo, westbound traffic transitions from the old eastbound lanes to new westbound concrete pavement.
